Legends/ASM Global in Pittsburgh operates the Victory Heights Arena and ASPC, hosting university sports and a range of events. The Facility Operations Manager ensures safe, efficient daily functions, oversees a four‑member team, and coordinates with engineers, contractors and event personnel to deliver seamless experiences.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, scheduling, and strong communication, with a focus on compliance, maintenance planning, and excellent vendor relations.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or college degree required or equivalent experience.
• Comfort with forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts and ladders.
• Experience with INFOR or WEB TMA is a plus.
• Able to read drawings, schematics and blueprints.
• Experience in shipping, receiving or logistics.
• Willing to learn AV fundamentals for live events.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain one.

Mansioni

• Lead a four-person Building Engineers team with scheduling and meetings.
• Manage work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Source and receive repair parts and building supplies.
• Provide event-day support for staff and operations.
• Review event riders to fulfill engineering needs.
• Oversee housekeeping to maintain a clean, presentable space.
• Serve as building contact for vendors, tenants and service providers.
