Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced Manager, Facility Operations to lead the daily maintenance, repair, and readiness of the T-Mobile Center. You will oversee building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and facility improvements to ensure safety, reliability, and presentation for concerts and events.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in facilities management or engineering.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible facility operations experience with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BAS/CMMS.
• Experience leading preventive maintenance programs and operations in a public assembly venue.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and equipment manuals; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of all building systems.
• Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating repairs.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Facility Operations staff.
• Coordinate facility improvement projects and capital maintenance initiatives.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA regulations, and building codes are followed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and asset management.
• Support event operations by ensuring facility readiness before, during, and after events.
