Legends Global seeks a Facilities Manager for Marshall Health Network Arena and attached convention center in Huntington, WV. You will lead hands-on maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, coordinating with contractors and operations teams to keep the venue ready for concerts, sports, and events.

The role requires 3–5+ years in commercial facilities maintenance, strong communication, and CMMS/PC literacy.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of hands-on commercial facility maintenance.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• High school diploma or vocational training; trades experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC and lighting.
• Inspect arena and convention spaces for safety hazards and address issues.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors for specialized work.
• Ensure work meets safety codes, timelines, budgets, and venue standards.
• Support event readiness for concerts, sports, and conventions.
