Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead hands-on mechanical and maintenance operations across the Marshall Health Network Arena and attached convention center. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building infrastructure, HVAC systems, and production hardware to ensure readiness for live events and conventions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive, hands-on facility maintenance or related trades experience.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment in large venues.
• Experience with safety codes and multi-use public spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, operation, and repair of building systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs and address hazards before occupancy.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Ensure vendor work meets safety codes, timelines, and budgets.
• Support event readiness for concerts, sports, and conventions.
