Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI is seeking a Seasonal Culinary Supervisor to join our fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate is an experienced Cook who takes pride in delivering high-quality food service and culinary excellence to guests.

This seasonal role offers $20.00–$25.00 per hour with weekly pay, training opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure safety and quality, and help manage operations

Qualifications

• No college degree required.
• At least two years' experience as a line cook with supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers; ensure kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Oversee proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties.
• Help maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
