Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to lead a fast-paced kitchen team. You will oversee food preparation, ensure quality, safety, and presentation, and supervise line cooks to maintain high standards during all shifts.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recipes, portions, and inventory while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Strong communication skills in a leadership role.
• Attention to detail in portioning and recipe accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes.
• Supervise food prep, maintain quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure kitchen equipment operates efficiently and supervise cleaning and organization of walk-ins and freezers.
• Maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed.
