ApolloMD is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee regional performance across multiple service lines in partnership with hospital facilities. The role focuses on operational excellence, resource alignment, and strong clinician support to meet partner expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare operations leadership, bachelor or advanced degree, and proven ability to manage complex, multi-site programs with a regional focus in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 5+ years progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing hospital or physician practice operations.
• Oversight of 2+ markets, including multiple hospital programs.
• Approx. 50% travel within the North Carolina market and region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across multiple service lines.
• Coordinate with hospital decision makers regarding operational metrics and performance.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop teams including directors, recruiters, and credentialers.
• Ensure staffing and credentialing alignment with partner facilities.
