Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. is seeking an Area Vice President to lead the performance and growth of an assigned market, with accountability for safety, quality, sales, client relationships, project execution, financial performance, and team development.

You will own the Area P&L, set strategy with Finance, collaborate with regional leadership, and report to the Regional Vice President while traveling regularly to oversee operations and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in construction operations, project delivery, or business-unit leadership.
• Proven experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and margin management.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, client management, and project execution.
• Travel willingness within the assigned Area.

Responsibilities

• Own the Area P&L, including revenue, backlog, margins, forecasting, cost control, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Lead sales and growth within the assigned Area and build key client relationships.
• Oversee safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, and field execution across projects.
• Develop Area business plans in partnership with Finance and regional leadership.
• Lead weekly Project Health Meetings and manage project risks.
