Job summary

Concrete Strategies, Inc. is seeking an Area Vice President to lead a defined geography, drive sales alignment, safety, quality, and P&L performance while executing strategic initiatives.

You will partner with the Regional Vice President, oversee project delivery and client relationships, and develop Area leaders to ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, and risk management across the Area. This role requires strong financial discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in construction operations and area leadership.
• Proven ability to lead P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning.
• Experience managing sales and client relationships across regions.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area P&L and backlogs, manage margins and costs.
• Own Area-level sales and client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery and field execution with Director of Construction.
• Lead weekly Project Health Meetings and ensure use of job health systems.
• Develop leaders and ensure succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pursuit strategies.
• Ensure safety and quality across the Area.
