Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. seeks an Area Vice President to lead the Area's performance across sales, operations, safety, quality, and profitability.

This role reports to the Regional Vice President and acts as the primary business leader for the Area, coordinating with Construction leadership to align on delivery and operational excellence. The VP will drive client relationships, pursue growth, manage the Area's financial results, and ensure risk management and governance are integrated into daily

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in construction operations or related senior roles.
• Proven experience with P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting and margin management.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned Area.
• Strong communication, decision-making, coaching, problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Area's business performance, including sales, client relationships, project delivery and profitability.
• Own the Area P&L, including revenue, backlog, margins and cost control.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop and execute Area-level business plans.
• Review budgets, forecasts, staffing, project performance and risks with Area leadership.
