Concrete Strategies Inc. in the Kansas City area seeks an Area Vice President to lead sales, operations, safety, quality, and P&L for the assigned Area, reporting to the Regional Vice President. You will oversee client relationships, project execution, and financial performance across multiple projects.

Collaborate with the Director of Construction to ensure safe, on-time delivery, disciplined cost control, and development of Area leaders. Travel within the Territory will be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams, projects, or operating Areas in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Ability to lead sales initiatives and client relationships at Area level.

Responsabilités

• Lead Area P&L, revenue, backlog, and margin performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, staffing, forecasting, and cost control for the Area.
• Partner with Construction Director on project delivery and field execution.
• Drive weekly project health reviews and operational discipline.
