Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. is seeking an Area Vice President to lead the assigned Area, driving performance, growth, safety, and quality while ensuring adherence to company systems and processes.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President and acts as the primary business leader for the Area. Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in construction operations.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, project delivery, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and margin management.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned Area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Area's business performance including sales, operations, safety, quality, client satisfaction, financial results and leadership effectiveness.
• Own the Area P&L, revenue, backlog, margins, costs, and forecasting.
• Partner with Finance to develop Area-level business plans and align with regional goals.
• Review budgets, staffing plans, project performance, and risks with Area leadership and Regional VP.
• Escalate significant risks and develop corrective action plans to protect margins and outcomes.
• Lead weekly Project Health Meetings and ensure disciplined use of job health systems and reporting tools.
