Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC in Phoenix is seeking an Area Vice President to lead the market's overall performance, safety, quality, sales, client relationships, project execution, and financial results.

You will own the Area's strategy, drive growth, and develop a high-performing team while collaborating with the Director of Construction on day-to-day operations and long-term plans. This senior role requires strategic leadership and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in construction operations or business-unit leadership.
• Proven experience with P&L ownership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to lead sales and client development while maintaining operational discipline.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned Area.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, urgency and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own the Area P&L, revenue, margins, and forecasting.
• Develop Area business plans with Finance and regional leadership.
• Lead sales, growth, and key client relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control across projects.
• Lead weekly Project Health Meetings and risk management.
• Mentor Area leaders and build leadership depth.
