Job summary

Abbott seeks a senior leader to direct strategic programs, market development, and business integrations for Abbott's EP Products in the South Plains region (Dallas, Austin, Houston, and surrounding areas).

You will work with field management, Sales, Marketing, Product Divisions and key physician leaders to accelerate product growth and ensure compliant, data‑driven decisions across a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent with 10+ years medical device sales experience.
• 6+ years supervisory/managerial experience; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic marketing capabilities.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and drive key Cardiac product programs with field management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Divisions and key physician leaders to accelerate growth.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
• Support Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain positive communications with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
