Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent; plus typically 10+ years in medical device or related sales.
• A minimum of six years in supervisory/managerial role is typical; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and market development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategic programs, market development, and business integrations to maximize revenue growth and profitability of Abbott's EP Products.
• Identifies, develops, and drives key programs for Cardiac products in conjunction with field management.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Divisions and key physicians to accelerate product growth.
• Ensures compliance with FDA regulations and company policies; supports QMS/EMS requirements.
