Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop new business and retain clients across a portfolio of small to mid-size organizations. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive benefit solutions and services, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) and a track record in sales, backed by strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience with insurance licensing OR Bachelor's degree with Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) and insurance licensing OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, including small to mid-size companies.
• Provides service to clients, retaining them as clients and supporting them in account management.
• Participate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel; manage client relationships.
• Apply industry technologies to new sales to clients and to expand account services.
• Prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget.
