Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year related experience and required insurance licensing OR Bachelor's with GSIP participation and licensing OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years experience.
• Professional designation may be preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM).
• Training or internships in sales or insurance domain can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs and retains them as clients.
• Participates in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
• Assists, educates, and develops staff in new client sales and account service.
• Prepares and implements a personal business plan and production budget.
• Maintains interdivision/intercompany relationships aligned with corporate culture.
