Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and oversee store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Open and close the store and maintain a safe, clean, well-merchandised environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.
• Enforce company policies and loss prevention practices.
• Train and coach front-end and stockroom staff.
• Assist with floor moves, signing, and customer service excellence.
