Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
• Represent the Ross brand and ensure store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
• Oversee front end operations and train associates on cash registers.
