Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and security on the sales floor and back areas, reporting unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Supervises Associates and ensures a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures; manages break schedules.
• Upholds the company brand, dress code, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Manages daily store operations including front-end efficiency and customer service.
• Performs loss prevention duties and safeguards cash, data, and merchandise.
