Ross Dress For Less is seeking an Area Supervisor to join our store leadership team and oversee a specific area of the store. You will supervise Associates, open and close the store, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment with strong merchandise presentation.

The role emphasizes safety, loss prevention, front-end operations, and coaching on cash handling. Experience in customer service and supervision is preferred, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and a clean, accessible sales floor.
• Ensure a safe, secure shopping environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and back-end procedures.
• Manage payroll administration, scheduling, and front-end operations.
• Uphold company policies and loss prevention practices.
