Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environments and ensures customer safety.
• Supervises associates, opens/closes store, and supports store operations.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, stockroom organization, and back-stock processing.
• Trains and coaches Associates on register procedures and loss prevention.
• Manages front-end operations to expedite customer lines and service.
