Formación

• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for a specific area of the store and general operations as Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Associates and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Conducts training and coaching of Associates.

Conocimientos

Excellent verbal communication skills

Fluency in English

Customer Service experience

Supervisory experience
