Job summary

Responsibilities include safety, executing company processes, loss prevention, and delivering excellent customer service during opening and closing. You will train staff, manage front-end workflows, and uphold Store Brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when acting as Manager on Duty, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safety and security, and uphold loss prevention practices.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
