Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and supervise Associates to support a friendly shopping environment.
• Maintain safe and secure store operations, ensure merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
• Lead front-end processes, train cashiers on registers, and monitor loss prevention practices.
• Coordinate with store leadership to achieve daily goals and store standards.
• Manage stockroom and merchandising tasks, back-stock, and signing as needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling and payroll as assigned.
