Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience managing dirt crews on highway projects.
• Lift, push, or pull and move up to seventy (70) pounds.
• Climb, kneel, twist, and bend in various environments.
• Manual dexterity to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
• Experience in utility work supervision including gravity sewer, sewer force main, storm drain and waterline (NNWW preferably).
• Communicate in English via verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage field crew in day to day production of projects.
• Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and understand equipment safety.
• Order tools and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example.
