Job summary

Ferrovial’s Webber division seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead crews, oversee road and infrastructure upkeep, and ensure safety standards are met on contracted assets.

You will coordinate daily activity, respond to incidents, set up traffic control, and perform basic repairs while adhering to company policies. This on-site role requires flexibility for overtime and emergency calls.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining roads and infrastructure assets.
• Ability to supervise maintenance crews and coordinate daily work plans.
• Familiarity with traffic control setup and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance crews to perform road and infrastructure upkeep.
• Coordinate local emergency response and respond to incidents.
• Create safe traffic control by setting up/removing cones, signs and barriers.
• Operate vehicles and transport crew/equipment to sites as needed.
• Maintain roads, signs, guardrails and related infrastructure in accordance with contracts.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
