Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing dirt crews on highway projects.
• Lift up to 70 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and plans.
• English communication skills required (verbal and written).
• Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
• Willingness to coordinate staff and site safety.
