Job summary

Ross is hiring an Area Supervisor to lead a specific store area and oversee store operations as Manager on Duty. You will supervise Associates, ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment, and uphold merchandising standards throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, enforcing loss prevention and safety, and guiding front-end and stockroom activities. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store as Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Associates and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and company policies.
• Assist with administrative duties and payroll as assigned.
