Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe, secure store environment and customer safety.
• Trains and coaches associates; supervises front end operations.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and stockroom organization to standard.
• Executes and supervises company best practices to maximize productivity.
• Provides high-quality customer service and professional conduct at all times.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and store operations as needed.
