Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Fluency in English required.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Lead front-end operations to manage lines and expedite customers.
• Provide coaching and training to associates on cash handling and POS procedures.
• Oversee stockroom organization, receiving and back-room processes.
