Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a designated store area and oversee operations when on duty. You will supervise Associates, ensure safe conditions, and maintain presentation and housekeeping standards to deliver a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising staff, merchandising, and executing company processes. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the Store and supervise Associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a safe, clean, merchandised, and friendly shopping environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.
• Lead Front End operations and expedite customer lines.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and loss prevention policies.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
