Job summary

Rug Doctor by BISSELL is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative in Hays, KS. The ASR will deliver products and service display/equipment while delivering superior customer service to established retail accounts.

The route requires overnight travel 1–3 nights per week, depending on company needs. The ideal candidate works independently, meets targets, and represents Rug Doctor with professionalism on every stop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Overnight travel 1–3 nights per week based on needs.

Responsibilities

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM Area Service Representative #330

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts. Route requires overnight travel, 1 to 3 nights a week; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates - hot, cold, etc.
• The ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.
