Job summary

Rug Doctor is seeking a full-time Area Service Representative to service multiple retail locations on an assigned route in California. You will deliver products, maintain displays and service rental machines while providing excellent customer care to store accounts.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and the ability to manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and a company vehicle is included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Full-time schedule: 38–40 hours, Monday–Friday, Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Rug Doctor products to retail accounts on the assigned route.
• Maintain rental displays: clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines on service stops.
• Provide superior customer service to established retail accounts.
• Align with Rug Doctor mission and procedures in daily work.

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #435

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• The ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.
