Job summary

Rug Doctor, LLC is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) to deliver products, service display/equipment, and provide outstanding customer service to retail accounts. The route requires overnight travel 1–3 nights per week depending on company needs.

The ASR ensures displays are clean and stocked, inspects and services rental machines, and represents Rug Doctor with confidence and safety on every interaction. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• The ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail locations.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines on the service stop.
• Provide delivery of products and service of display/equipment.
• Extend customer-friendly service to those who use Rug Doctor products.

Overview

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #330

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts. Route requires overnight travel, 1 to 3 nights a week; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.
