Job summary

Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) to deliver products and service display/equipment while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts.

The ASR maintains rental displays, inspects and cleans machines, and supports stores on a route with dependable, independent work. Must be 21+, valid driver's license, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service displays/equipment
• Maintain rental displays to be clean and stocked
• Inspect, clean, and service rental machines on route
• Provide superior customer service to established retail accounts
• Work independently and manage daily productivity in a fast-paced environment
