Entrust Corporation is seeking a Manager, Area Service (Area Service Manager/ASM) to lead a field service engineering team delivering on-site services to our customers with a focus on cost efficiency and high-quality outcomes. The role operates remotely and is based in the Dallas, TX area to support regional clients and teams.

You will serve as the liaison between customer needs and the company’s capabilities, mobilizing supply chain, engineering and technical resources while ensuring

Qualifications

• Associates degree or verifiable training in electronics or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing/supervising people
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing customer relationships
• Minimum 3 years in Lean Manufacturing Environment
• Minimum 3 years using Lean Quality Tools (Value Stream Maps, 5 Why, Kaizen, PDCA)
• Up to 40% domestic travel may be required

Responsabilités

• Direct Area Service management for installation, training and maintenance services
• Support the sales organization with product and service sales and drive customer satisfaction
• Drive cost reduction in service via labor and parts management
• Manage service contract relationships to ensure satisfaction and profitability
• Coordinate resource allocation for maximum utilization and efficiency
• Lead continuous improvement focused on customer delight
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders
