Allied Stone, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth area to coordinate installation of single-family projects from start to finish.

This full-time role will be based in the DFW area and require travel to job sites. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, field measurements, supervising crews, hiring subcontractors, approving invoices, and ensuring quality control while maintaining strong client relationships and project timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of construction experience or field service exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management, and planning.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to work sites and work remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation with clients, inspections, and QC checks.
• Field measures and drive box truck to make deliveries and load/unload cabinets.
• Hire new sub-contractors and manage subcontractor invoicing.
• Maintain installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely.
• Anticipate and resolve client issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attend client meetings and represent AIS across departments.
• Be highly visible on job sites and ensure project timelines.
