Job summary

RS&I Inc. is looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) in Dallas, Texas, to support dealer acquisition and sales goals. The ASM will develop relationships with dealers, generate leads, and provide solutions tailored to client needs. A bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing is a plus, alongside a minimum of 3 years in sales.

This role offers a base salary of $48K with uncapped commissions, benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K retirement program. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrated and proven sales results.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persuasive.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
