Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a technical field.
• 10+ years in HVAC, building systems, or complex B2B sales with multi-market leadership.
• Strong knowledge of service offerings, contracts, and CRM-enabled sales management.

Responsibilities

• Translate North America service growth strategy into market priorities and execution plans.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly service sales cadence across the Area.
• Improve forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and conversion across markets.
• Coach leaders and align resources to achieve growth in service volume and margin.
