Magic Mind is hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive retailer execution and distributor partnerships in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. This hands-on, field-focused role owns the territory, grows velocity at key accounts, and implements retail programs to turn shelf presence into measurable sales momentum.

We are seeking a driven sales operator with experience managing distributor relationships and delivering tangible results in the field.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field sales experience in CPG, wellness, or beverages.
• Proven record of hitting volume and distribution targets in a territory.
• Existing relationships with natural and conventional retailers and distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly volume and distribution goals in the assigned market.
• Maintain and grow distributor, broker, and retailer partnerships.
• Conduct weekly route rides with distribution partners to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor inventory and POS usage; report on distribution and sales metrics.
