Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Consultant to take ownership of a territory, hunt for new business while servicing company-provided leads, and conduct in-home water tests for homeowners. You will present tailored solutions, build trust, and partner with service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing.
• Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Job Qualifications:

• BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
• Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.

• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license

Salary & Benefits:

• This is a commission-based position.The expected total annual compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $125,000, depending on individual performance. This compensation plan is designed to offer strong income potential for motivated, high-performing individuals. Actual Earnings: Actual compensation may vary based on sales performance
• Monthly vehicle allowance or company provided vehicle
