Performance Food Group is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop independent accounts and drive profitability through new sales and deeper account penetration. The role includes promoting company-branded products and supporting customer service for regional and national accounts to maximize market share.

You will collaborate with a team to achieve sales objectives and ensure operations run smoothly.

Competenze

• 6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Generates additional business through analyzing sales territory and customers; samples products and plans sales strategy.
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Sets up new customer accounts including pricing and initial follow-up for delivery.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating with center personnel and resolving issues.
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration.
• Monitors accounts receivable and credit terms to minimize problems.
• Maintains awareness of pricing trends to ensure competitive pricing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
