Lobby Co is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the Northern California / San Francisco Bay Area to lead growth in critical care and ICU/ED markets. You will call on Emergency Medicine and Critical Care departments, driving consultative, hospital-based sales with cross-functional support for implementations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in medical device sales, with a proven track record and willingness to travel extensively; compensation includes a strong base, uncapped commission, equity, car

Competenze

• 8+ years in medical device sales with 2+ years in critical care or emergency medicine.
• Strong hospital-based consultative selling track record.
• Ultrasound or hemodynamic monitoring experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Startup experience is highly desirable and travel-heavy.

Mansioni

• Drive new business development and expand existing accounts in Northern CA.
• Lead consultative sales discussions with physicians and hospital leadership.
• Execute tailored account strategies in a 3-month sales cycle.
