We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (IC sales role) to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and support key accounts within the region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about improving safety and care outcomes in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare systems
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and proposal development
• Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success) to support customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely forecasts and reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology
• Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel within territory (up to 50%)
