Lobby Co. seeks a field-based Critical Care Specialist to cultivate relationships with hospital decision-makers and expand ICU Medical product opportunities.

You will drive adoption of hemodynamic monitoring, temperature management, and pain management solutions through clinical education and evidence-based discussions. You must have 5+ years in medical device sales, with a background in Critical Care or Anesthesia preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience with Critical Care or Anesthesia products is preferred.
• Must maintain current credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.

Mansioni

• Meet territory sales quotas for ICU Medical Critical Care products across invasive and non-invasive monitoring, temperature management, and pain management lines.
• Demonstrate clinical benefits to Hospital Clinicians and communicate measurements and physiology of hemodynamic monitoring.
• Position ICU Medical offerings against competition as a clinical expert and problem solver at the field level.
• Understand territory, customers, contracts, and distribution models; conduct trials and implement products.
• Engage with local clinical chapters and coordinate with management to align with regional targets.
• Occasionally work weekends or nights as needed.
