Longo Carpet Cleaning & Affordable Duct Cleaning in Agawam, MA is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Area Rug Coordinator to join our team. You will handle scheduling, answer calls, and coordinate rug cleaning services with our technicians.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent service to customers. Prior CSR or office experience is preferred in a small, family-owned setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments and services.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, text or email.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for technicians and rug services.
• Coordinate area rug pickups, deliveries, repairs, and cleaning services.
• Process area rug intakes and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their area rugs and scheduled services.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain customer data.
• Maintain customer information and job records in software.
