Job summary

Rug Doctor is looking for an Area Service Representative to deliver products, maintain rental displays, and service equipment at multiple retail locations along an assigned route. This is a full-time, Mon-Fri position with opportunities to handle Saturdays as needed.

You will inspect and clean machines, ensure displays are stocked and presentable, and provide friendly, customer-focused service to retail partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work 38–40 hours Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work independently in varied climates.

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #545

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• The ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.
