Longo Carpet Cleaning & Affordable Duct Cleaning is seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Area Rug Coordinator to join our team. This role blends customer service, scheduling, and office tasks with coordinating our area rug cleaning operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Provide customer service via phone, text or email.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for technicians and rug services.
• Coordinate area rug pickups, deliveries, repairs, and cleaning services.
• Process area rug intakes and maintain records.
• Communicate status to customers and keep records updated.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintaining customer data.
