Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across the assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, and installs, while guiding a team of associates and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You will partner with the District Manager for scheduling and staffing, and regularly travel within the market and to neighboring markets as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Certified, or willing to become certified within 30 days, to safely operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts where required.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance of the assigned territory (approx. 30 miles).
• Willingness to travel throughout the market and nearby markets, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: give instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work for quality and safety.
• Serve as in-market contact; maintain relationships with store management and client reps.
• Prepare accurate, on-time project reports (visits, photos, data) using company apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Escalate staffing gaps and client/store issues to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards, installation, and safety.
• Assist in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested.
